Lake Air Products Offers: * Competitive Pay * Full Benefit Package (LTD, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with employer match) * Paid Time Off/ Holiday Pay * Gym Reimbursement * Tuition reimbursement Responsibilities * Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. * Organizes parts and subassemblies for an efficient assembly process. * Verifies specifications by measuring completed components/products. * Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying the supervisor to obtain additional resources. * Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent * 1+ years of varied manufacturing experience in Mechanical Assembly * Bend and lift, loading and unloading workpieces on to pallets, and move from one workstation to another, alternately sitting and standing * Lift objects up to 50 pounds throughout the day. * Perform repetitive work more than 9 hours per day * Ability to quickly learn new blueprints and perform all necessary measurements * Hand/power tool skills (Drill, Adjustable Wrenches, Pliers, Hammers, screwdrivers, etc.) * Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
