PRODUCTIVITY BONUS SCHEME:

This is paid out on completion of training, on top of Hourly rate, up to an average of £1.50 an hour.

Material Handling: Loading, unloading, and moving timber and other construction materials.
Equipment Operation: Operating basic machinery or cutting equipment including pneumatic fasteners with training.
Basic Carpentry: Performing simple tasks like measuring, cutting, and installing timber engineered components.
Safety Awareness: Following all health and safety training procedures.
