• Handle incoming kitchen goods and manage stores with care.
• Keep our pot wash area spotless and efficient.
• Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene and Safety regulations.
• Maintain pristine storage and refrigeration in line with HACCP standards.
• Assist with daily tasks such as washing up, organising deliveries (FIFO rule), and keeping
• workspaces tidy.Safely clean equipment and uphold Health and Safety standards.
• Support the team with occasional food preparation or event assistance.
