Employment Type: Full-time Location: Hoofddorp, Netherlands About the Role We’re looking for a proactive General Assistant (GA) to join our European Passenger Car Aftersales Service Center – a key hub supporting our aftersales operations across Europe. You’ll provide comprehensive administrative, coordination, and support services to the team, working in a dynamic, multicultural environment with opportunities to collaborate across technical, parts, training, and commercial teams. What You’ll Do Manage daily office operations for two Dutch offices (Hoofddorp & Schiedam), including supplies, asset management, and vendor coordination. Coordinate travel arrangements for the Aftersales Director and team, ensuring compliance and smooth execution. Support cross-departmental projects, field visit planning, and internal communication. Organize employee onboarding, team events, and support expatriate settling-in needs. Assist with recruitment logistics, document management, and external visitor reception. Qualification and requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1–2 years of administrative/coordination experience (automotive or multinational background a plus). Fluent in English and Chinese; Dutch is highly preferred (additional languages are a bonus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and strong organizational/time-management skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Strong communication skills and a service-minded approach, with strict confidentiality.
