JOB SUMMARY

Aramark UK is hiring a General Service Assistant to join our Defence sector team at Glencorse Barracks. This is a part-time maternity cover role until November 2025, with the possibility of extension. You’ll be working 24 hours per week across 4 days, including occasional weekends.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous food service or customer-facing experience is desirable (training provided)
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
• Must have lived in the UK for 3+ years (security clearance required)
• Reliable transport is essential due to limited public transport access

• Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Operate tills and handle cash/card payments
• Maintain cleanliness in dining and serving areas
• Support both front and back-of-house operations
• Follow health and safety procedures
• Report to the on-site Catering Manager
