Role: General Assistant
Location: Hope Bank View Housing, Dene Street, Sunderland, SR3 1EB
Pay rate: £12.21
Hours: 24 hours per week
Week 1: Mon/Tues/Sat/Sun - 11:30am - 5:30pm
Week 2: Wed/Thurs/Fri – 9am - 5:30pm

This is a varied role, the main tasks of a General Housing Assistant include:

  • Ensure communal areas are clean and tidy
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Ensuring food stores and maintained with stock rotation
  • Promote wellbeing of residents
  • Opportunity to cook/bake on occasion to cover Cook (to be discussed further at interview)

Our ideal candidate for General Housing Assistant will have the following qualities
