Salary: £10 - £12.21 per hour plus tronc
Hours: Casual hours weekdays and weekends
Relationships: Front office team, Housekeeping team and Restaurant Team

DISCOVER THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Assistant to join our small hospitality team. The successful candidate will need to have a genuine interest in delivering customer service excellence, have a can do attitude and have a willingness to lend a hand to the various hotel departments.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Meeting and greeting guests and providing assistance with luggage
• Assisting with the breakfast set up and service
• Helping the housekeeping department service rooms
• Assisting in the still room with polishing cutlery and crockery
• Working down in the pool house during busy service times
