The Pirbridge Institute is operating busy Cafe and Hospitality five days a week Monday to Friday 7am till 4pm. Job Description As a General Assistant you will… Assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner according to established menus and recipes. Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas including organising dishes and utensils. Following proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination. Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies. Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff during mealtimes, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs. Participate in training sessions and meeting related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Qualifications Ideally have experience working within Education catering Have good Health & Safety knowledge. Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer focused. Fun and enthusiastic Have excellent organization skills. Demonstrate great attention to detail. Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team. Possess great customer service skills. Responsibilities

As a General Assistant, you will assist in the preparation and serving of meals while maintaining cleanliness in the dining areas. You will also monitor inventory levels and provide friendly service to students and staff.
