Role: General Assistant
Omniplex General Assistants are the first point of contact with our customers. Responsible for ensuring effective visitor services, whilst supporting Supervisors and Management to ensure the business objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work within a team to achieve a goal.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are always adhered to.
  • Participate and drive promotions within the cinema.
  • Implement company policies & procedures as well as all legal requirements such as IFCO

Certifications, whilst maintaining a positive customer experience.

  • Perform daily cleaning and compliance checks.
  • Ensuring optimum stock levels are maintained.
  • Maintain a good knowledge of Products and Services.
  • Adherence to cash management procedures.
  • Complying with licensing and health and safety regulations
  • Complete all other reasonable functions and duties as assigned by Management.
  • Adherence to company code of appearance & uniform standards.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Participate and engage in training.

The Person:
A passion for movies with a desire to grow skills and experience utilising a can-do approach.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in the Retail or Hospitality area beneficial.
  • This is a Part-time in person role.
  • Proficient IT skills are also important.
