We are looking for a casual worker who can support our business in Cambridge. You would not be working for just one location, you would be supporting the wider patch with covering holiday, sickness and supporting large events. Job Description As a General Assistant you will… Assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner according to established menus and recipes. Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas including organising dishes and utensils. Following proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination. Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies. Provide friendly and efficient service to our customers front of house and in hospitality/events settings. Participate in training sessions and meeting related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Qualifications Ideally have experience working within contract catering and/or hospitality. Have good Health & Safety knowledge. Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer focused. Fun and enthusiastic Have excellent organization skills. Demonstrate great attention to detail. Be a team player and enjoy succeeding as a team. Possess great customer service skills.
