JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Multi-Skilled Builder with expertise in joinery, tiling, hard landscaping. And roofing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable traveling to different sites across the UK, with overnight stays required. You will be responsible for various tasks, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards. This will be a two man team. We are willing to consider taking on a new work colleague/ labourer of your choosing for the right candidate.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in joinery, tiling, hard landscaping and roofing.
• Must hold a valid driving license and be willing to travel.
• Willingness to stay overnight for projects.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on the job.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Carry out all aspects of joinery, including fitting doors, partitions, and other woodwork.
• Perform tiling work to a high standard, including floor and wall tiles And prep work.

• Work on diverse projects, including commercial builds and refurbishments.
• Travel to different project sites and stay overnight when required (This is likely to be a minimum of 3 days per week)
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
