JOB SUMMARY

As a Builder at Evolution Developments, you’ll be responsible for a range of construction tasks requiring craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You’ll work closely with other trades to construct, repair, and maintain buildings, always upholding the highest standards of safety and workmanship.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in the construction industry
• Proficiency across multiple trades including:
• Carpentry
• Roofing
• Plumbing
• Masonry
• General fabrication
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physically fit and capable of lifting materials and working on your feet for extended periods
• Valid driver’s licence (preferred)

• Construct, repair, and maintain structures using a variety of materials and techniques
• Perform all aspects of carpentry including framing, roofing, and finishing
• Execute basic plumbing installations and repairs
• Carry out masonry work including bricklaying and stonework
• Fabricate and install components specific to project needs
• Maintain clean, safe, and organised work sites
• Ensure all work is completed on time and to a high standard
