Job Title: Building Maintenance Engineer
Job Description: General builder required to work on reactive maintenance and minor works projects for our blue chip clients in Care, Police, Fire and Education.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in all types of building maintenance works, and will be experienced in all types of joinery works with an understanding of general construction practices, have a flexible and positive attitude, no convictions and a clean driving licence. Because of the nature of our clients you will be presentable and a good communicator.
Qualifications: Qualified tradesperson, multi trade preferable. Experienced in the building industry is necessary.
