JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking several skilled Builder for an upcoming project due to start Mid / End of September our team, responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining various structures and facilities.
This will be Long term, stable work in and around Midlothian.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in building or construction roles with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driving licence

  Hours of work:
  Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm
  Friday - 8am - 3:30pm
  Rate of pay: £21.95 per hour CIS
  Weekly on time payments every Friday

• Harling and roughcasting on the buildings
• Chimney / roof work to ensure proper installation and repair of roofing systems
• Engage in masonry work for building structures such as walls, patios, or walkways.
• Operate hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete tasks effectively.
