Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable general Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general building maintenance, including plumbing, painting and decorating, carpentry tasks. The Building Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of our clients’ properties. Must have own tools, preferably have own van but not essential

  • Conduct routine inspections of building systems to identify maintenance issues and safety hazards.
  • Perform repairs and troubleshooting on plumbing, electrical, and other building systems as needed.
  • Complete preventive maintenance tasks according to scheduled maintenance programs.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from property managers or tenants.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members and contractors to complete larger projects.
  • Assist with janitorial duties and landscaping tasks as required.

This is a self employed roll, Day rate is dependent on experience and will be discussed in the interview
