Position Overview: Concordia University, St. Paul (CSP Global) seeks a mission-focused, strategic educator to serve as a full time General Business Faculty for our online undergraduate programs. This role is designed for a leader-educator who balances high-impact teaching with a dedicated focus on curriculum oversight. Faculty at Concordia serve in a Christ-centered community and are expected to be active Christians who model their faith through their work with students and colleagues   The successful candidate will ensure that our business programs remain rigorous, relevant, and consistent across all sections. You will work collaboratively with a diverse team of online faculty across the College of Professional Studies to champion academic integrity and ensure an engaging and dynamic online learning experience that prepares students for the modern workforce.   Essential Duties: * Academic Excellence and quality assurance: Provide direct oversight of the General Business curriculum, ensuring content is current, reflects industry trends, and meets accreditation standards and learning outcomes are aligned. * Quality & Consistency: Collaborate with the College of Professional Studies team to monitor course quality, ensuring that "integrity and rigor" are maintained across all online delivery platforms. * Instructional Excellence: Deliver engaging and dynamic online instruction that fosters student success and professional growth. * Collaborative Leadership: Act as a bridge between faculty members to share best practices, streamline course updates, and enhance the overall student journey. * Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refresh course materials to maintain a competitive and "up-to-date" edge in the business and technology landscape. Experience & Education: Required: * A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field from an accredited institution. * Demonstrated experience in curriculum design or academic assessment within a higher education setting. * Proven online teaching effectiveness and a commitment to the "CSP Global" model of engaging, supportive online learning. * Active Christian faith aligned with the mission of a Christ-centered community. Preferred: * An earned Doctorate (DBA or PhD) in Business or a related discipline. * Substantial industry leadership experience that informs applied learning strategies. * Experience leading faculty teams or managing multi-section online courses to ensure standardized quality.
