Job Description The Category Buyer is responsible for supporting the Global Procurement team in Brazil, and will identify inventory needs, monitor purchase order and suppliers budget, create reports, develop purchasing strategies and manage supplier relationships. Responsibilities Identify inventory needs (Property & Studio Development business units). Drive cost efficiencies while ensuring quality and supply continuity. Develop and implement category strategies in alignment with company objectives. Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify sourcing opportunities. Manage supplier relationships and performance (KPIs, SLAs, risk assessments). Review contracts and suppliers to drive data driven improvements. Cooperate with internal functions to understand requirements and ensure alignment. Support project, warehouse and logistics leads with trend analysis. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Barchelor's degree or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of experience in purchasing position. Fluency in English and Portuguese. Experience in modern procurement, purchasing processes and related systems / tools. Proven communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills. Strong analytical and teamwork skills. Knowledge about risk management processes in purchasing. Knowledge of MS Office suite. Additional Information We offer Employment contract of indefinite period.
