We are currently recruiting for a General Catering Assistant to join our team at one of our workplace restaurants in Melbourn, SG8.
This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.

We work in office restaurants, independent schools and at conference venues with the same high-end ethos throughout.

This site serves around 250 staff daily, providing both breakfast and lunch services. As a General Catering Assistant, you will support the catering operation, clean coffee machines and counters, as well as engaging directly with customers in a friendly, front-facing role.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Have experience working in a similar role and environment
• Be highly organised and comfortable working in a high-pressured environment
• Ensure you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
• Keep up standards of hygiene and ensure all areas are clean and tidy
• Have excellent customer service and social skills
• Have a can do attitude and will work well as part of a team of 6
• Be customer focused
• Have basic food knowledge
• Be willing to participate and enjoy working part of the team
