Description

Maintenance: Full Time Pay Rate: $21/hour Days: Monday – Friday (weekends and on call required) Times: 7am – 3:30pm Qualifications: * Basic plumbing: the ability to troubleshoot a leaky faucet, toilet, urinal, and know what to do for a repair. * Basic electrical: the ability to troubleshoot why a classroom has no power, finding tripped breakers, safely changing a broken outlet. * Basic woodworking: the ability to fix a broken door frame or cabinet door, fix a broken table leg, repair the molding/lattice on a classroom door. * The ability to think outside the box for a solution to a problem. * Basic Boiler knowledge is a plus. Willing to be trained. * Knowledge of pools would be a plus, Willing to be trained. * The ability to work alone to complete work orders but also the willingness to work as a team, to offer help and ask for help when needed. * Some computer skills with the ability to access the work order system. * Good communication skills. Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and woodworking repairs across the facility. Manage work orders through the company system and collaborate with the team to ensure operational efficiency.
