JOB OVERVIEW

As a Cleaning Assistant at Adventure Parc, Dolgarrog, you’ll be responsible for cleaning our adventure pods between guest stays and ensuring all shared venue spaces and communal facilities are well-maintained and hygienic. Your work helps create a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred but not essential – full training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet and outdoors.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.

• Clean and reset adventure pods after guest departures, including vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, removing rubbish, and checking for damage or lost property.
• Maintain cleanliness of communal areas such as restrooms, shower blocks, reception areas, café/restaurants, and event spaces.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries in communal facilities as needed.
• Follow cleaning checklists and schedules to meet health and safety standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the relevant team.
• Keep cleaning tools and storage areas organized and in good condition.
• Work cooperatively with other team members and respond to guest needs politely if approached.
