CTRMG is seeking a General Clerk to support the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) Northeastern Regional Office in Philadelphia, PA. This role provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations and assist legal staff in case processing activities. Primary Duties Answer incoming telephone calls and greet visitors; determine needs and direct inquiries appropriately Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and correspondence Create, maintain, and organize files, records, and documentation Perform data entry, typing, and document preparation using office systems Schedule telephone, video, and in-person hearings with court reporters and external stakeholders Respond to inquiries related to case processing and MSPB procedures under supervision Support Administrative Judges and legal staff with administrative functions Operate office equipment such as computers, scanners, copiers, and fax machines Maintain professional interactions while clearly identifying as contractor personnel Requirements 2–4 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a legal or government environment Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality Must be able to successfully pass a background check and be found suitable for federal employment CTR Management Group is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants without regard to protected status.
