General Clerk II Position summary Euola is seeking General Clerk II to provide The Education Services Administrative Assistant provides clerical, administrative, and data management support to the Base Training and Education Services (BTES) office at Cannon AFB, New Mexico. Key responsibilities Serve as the front‑desk point of contact for BTES, answering phones, greeting visitors, directing customers to appropriate staff, scheduling appointments, making referrals, assisting clients, and logging inquiries in the education system of record. Provide general office support, including copying publications, setting up the BTES briefing room for scheduled events, and performing basic systems/computer functions related to data and resource management. Review training reports, individual personnel reports, and spreadsheets; coordinate follow‑up actions with BTES staff, unit personnel, and leadership as needed. Maintain clear, concise, and effective communication with BTES staff, unit personnel, and leadership; adhere to applicable DoD Instructions, Air Force Instructions (AFIs), Personnel Services Delivery Guides, and standard operating procedures. Schedule students for examinations in the Air Force Automated Education Management System (AFAEMS) testing database. Monitor and track more than 4,000 Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) service members assigned to Cannon AFB and assist with annual CCAF graduation activities. Qualifications Associate’s degree or higher in a related field (Human Resources, Education, Business, or similar) from an accredited U.S. college or university. Minimum of one year of professional or volunteer experience in adult or higher education, DoD training management, or an equivalent field (human resources, education, or business). Strong customer service and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of Privacy Act/PII requirements and information security. Ability to obtain a U.S. Air Force global email account and effectively use Microsoft Office Professional (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer) and troubleshoot basic software issues. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
