Description Technical Systems Integration seeks a detail-oriented and organized General Clerk II to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, maintain databases, and ensure the smooth flow of materials and equipment within our organization. Key Responsibilities: Track, provide, and deliver inventory lists and life support materials ranging from small parts to major assemblies, including ordering, receiving, storing, assembling, shipping, and maintaining Objective Quality Evidence. Monitor the movement of over 2,000 different parts and maintain accurate inventory records. Update and maintain the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) material management database and Configuration Management Professional (CMPRO) software. Review transaction histories of serialized parts and associated Objective Quality Evidence, creating PDFs of these records and saving them in CMPRO's document repository. Transfer spare parts from warehouses to assembly areas, move completed assemblies from the assembly area to the shipping area, and transport items from the receiving area to the assembly area. Conduct sparing analysis and managed the cataloging, receiving, storing, transferring, issuing, and disposing of spares, repair parts, and supplies. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in inventory management and database maintenance. Proficiency in using inventory management software and databases, such as NERP and CMPRO. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to lift and move heavy items as required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Secret Security Clearance required.
