Description

Position: General Clerk Lobby Schedule: Rotating shift Monday-Friday, including EOW and EOH Hours: Rotating between the hours of 7am-9pm Location: Temple University Hospital Provides hospitality and concierge services for guest who enter the hospital. As the primary liaison for an assigned entrance lobby, the Concierge Clerk will ensure each guest that enters the hospital receives excellent customer services. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Experience 3 years experience in hospitality or customer service Preferred Licenses Hospitality Certification Preferred

Responsibilities

Provides hospitality and concierge services for guests entering the hospital. Acts as the primary liaison for an assigned entrance lobby to ensure excellent customer service.
