ABOUT THE ROLE

As Club Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the performance and success of your site. You’ll lead a team, drive revenue and profitability, and create an outstanding experience for every player and visitor. From day-to-day operations to shaping long-term growth, you’ll set the pace and the standard.
You’ll be supported by your Regional Operations Manager, but the autonomy will be yours: to make decisions, spot opportunities, and bring ideas to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver against KPIs for revenue, profit, utilisation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong local community links, partnerships, and brand awareness to maximise bookings and revenue.
  • Oversee all club operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and smooth day-to-day running.
  • Recruit, train, and develop your team, ensuring consistent standards and career progression.
  • Monitor P&L, set budgets with your ROM, and identify opportunities for growth and efficiencies.
  • Champion exceptional customer service – resolving issues with empathy, professionalism, and pace.
