ABOUR US:

We are a growing insulation contracting company specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial insulation services. We pride ourselves on deliverying quality workmanship, maintaining high safety standards, and fostering a team-oriented work environment. We are currently looking for hardworking and reliable General Construction Labourers to join our crew.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous construction or general labour experience (preferred but not required)
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Willingness to work in confined spaces, attic, basements, and varying temperatures
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• A valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week

• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.
• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites
• Support insulation installer with application of batt, blown-in, spray foam, or rigid board insulation
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Help with erecting and dismantling scaffolding or ladders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times
