We are currently seeking an outstanding Quality of Life Specialist/Resident Assistant to join our team. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES The General Construction Technician is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the Plant Renovation Department. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Remodel / Unit Turnover Assists with apartment turnover. Supports unit renovations through demo, framing, minor repairs, trim work, hauling/cleanup, and general jobsite assistance. May operate company truck for the purpose of transporting workers, construction materials, and light equipment. Performs general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs. Completes assigned work orders daily according to work order system policy.
