About the Role We are seeking a General Corporate Lawyer to support our operations in the Philippines. This role will focus on transactional support and day-to-day corporate and commercial legal work for both our licensed broker and licensed market maker businesses in the Philippines. Key Responsibilities - Provide legal support for corporate and commercial transactions, including contract drafting, review, and negotiation. - Draft and review a wide range of legal documents related to the company’s licensed broker and market maker businesses. - Support day-to-day corporate legal matters, including internal documentation and business operations. - Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice. - Assist with ad-hoc legal matters as required. Requirements - Qualified lawyer with 3–5 years of relevant corporate and commercial legal experience. - Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. - Mandarin Chinese (spoken) is preferred. - Overseas education background is a plus. - Solid legal drafting, review, and analytical skills. - Able to work independently and manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
