GENERAL COUNSEL AND CORPORATE SECRETARY

We are looking for an experienced and strategic senior leader to join us on our multi-year enterprise-wide transformation. As a key member of SaskCentral’s leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the governance framework and serving as Corporate Secretary. In this role, you will also serve as internal General Counsel, overseeing legal affairs and ensuring the organization’s interests are safeguarded in corporate agreements, and regulatory matters, including Compliance. Responsibilities
  • Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and Chief Anti-Money Laundering Officer (CAMLO): Overseeing compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and anti-terrorist financing, as well as ensuring timely and accurate reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Chief Privacy Officer (CPO): Safeguarding personal and corporate information by managing SaskCentral’s privacy framework and ensuring proper handling of intellectual property and corporate records
