How This Role Fits In The General Counsel serves as the senior legal leader for Goal Solutions, overseeing all legal matters across the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership, compliance, operations, finance, and external law firms to provide strategic, business-minded legal guidance. Requirements Minimum Qualifications • Juris Doctor (JD) • Active bar license • 15+ years legal experience • Litigation and contract expertise Preferred Experience • Financial services or regulated industry experience • Exposure to structured finance transactions Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Strong legal judgment and negotiation skills • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
