We are a boutique dental and aesthetic clinic in Dubai looking for a highly skilled and experienced female general dentist to join our team. We are only interested in candidates with proven ability to deliver excellent treatment quality, strong patient communication, and the confidence to present treatment plans and secure patient acceptance.
The dentist will perform all aspects of general dentistry including fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, extractions, and cosmetic procedures. High clinical standards, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential. The role also requires maintaining patient records, preparing treatment plans, educating patients on oral health, and ensuring every case is completed to the highest professional standard.
Requirements: female dentist, fluent in both Arabic and English, minimum of 5 years clinical experience in the UAE (experience abroad alone will not be considered), valid DHA license or eligibility, excellent patient communication and presentation skills, proven ability to achieve treatment plan acceptance and increase case conversion, and strong commitment to quality and ethical practice.
Work schedule: 6 days per week, 9 hours per day including 1 hour lunch break, as per UAE labour law.
Compensation: AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month depending on experience, plus percentage from income (commission) to reward performance and motivate high standards.
