OUR PRACTICE: Florham Park Dental Excellence 140 Columbia Turnpike, Florham Park, NJ 07932 HIRING SCHEDULE: Monday: 8:00am - 6:00pm Tuesday: 7:00am - 5:00pm Wednesday: OFF Thursday: OFF Friday: 8:00am - 3:00pm Saturday: 8:00am - 2:00pm (every Saturday preferred but flexible to an every other week rotation) RESPONSIBILITIES: Clinical Leadership: Spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment, striving to deliver optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience. Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate with non-clinical teams, including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to optimize the overall operation of the dental practice. Patient-Centric Approach: Foster an environment where patients eagerly anticipate dental visits by prioritizing their needs and enhancing their overall experience. QUALIFICATIONS: DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university, accompanied by an active state license in good standing. At least 1-2 years of Clinical Experience post-residency, preferred. Select positions open to new grads! Passionate commitment to patient care and unwavering ethical standards.
