JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our family owned private dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on both preventative, restorative and major procedures. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

EXPERIENCE

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
• Experience in molar root canals is a MUST
• Proficiency in using Dentrix software for patient management preferred
• A strong foundation in patient care principles and practices is essential
• Must have at least 3 years of experience

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine dental health status.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals and crowns.
• Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose dental issues accurately.
• Maintain an aseptic technique during all procedures to ensure patient safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.
