This role offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care within a dynamic healthcare environment.About the Role As a General Dentist in a Government Hospital, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of dental conditions. You will perform routine dental procedures, educate patients about oral health, and contribute to public health initiatives aimed at improving community dental health. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including cavities, gum disease, and other oral health issues Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and screenings Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and preventive care Actively participate in community health programs and initiatives Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Stay current with advancements in dentistry and public health Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree Valid dental license to practice in the UAE Experience in a clinical dental setting preferred, particularly in government or public health contexts Strong knowledge of oral health practices, dental procedures, and preventive care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment Commitment to community health and improving patient outcomes Strong organizational and time management skills Good salary packages plus other standard benefits like accommodation, annual air tickets, family benefits, medical insurance, etc. Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
