POSITION OVERVIEW • Outpatient general dentistry position serving adults and children • Bread-and-butter dentistry including exams, cleanings, fillings, and extractions • High-volume patient population within a community health setting • Medicaid-focused practice with established workflows and support staff • Clinical autonomy with support from experienced dental leadership • Opportunity to serve underserved communities while building a long-term practice SCHEDULE • Monday through Friday • 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM • No Traditional Call Schedule • Predictable 8-Hour Workdays COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base Salary: $170,000 - $210,000 • Productivity Bonus Structure • NHSC Student Loan Repayment Eligibility up to $50,000 (2-Year Commitment) • Medical Insurance (Up to 90% Employer-Paid Premium) • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • $100,000 Life Insurance Coverage • Disability Insurance • 401(k) with 3% Employer Match • 17 PTO Days • 10 Paid Holidays • $2,500 Annual CME Stipend • 5 CME Days • Malpractice Insurance Coverage Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is conducting the recruitment process for this opportunity.
