Tecumseh Family Dental is seeking a passionate, driven, and enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our well-established practice. Located in the beautiful town of Tecumseh, our clinic is known for delivering exceptional patient care and being a leader in dental innovation within the Windsor-Essex community.
As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide a wide range of dental services in a state-of-the-art, fully digital environment. Our clinic features cutting-edge technology, including the PrimePrint and CEREC Milling machine, ensuring you are equipped with the latest tools to deliver the highest standard of care.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • A member in good standing with the RCDSO.
  • Previous experience in a dental practice is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong clinical skills in general dentistry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • A genuine passion for patient care and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality general dental care, including exams, cleanings, fillings, root canals, extractions, and restorative procedures.
  • Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnose conditions, and create effective personalized treatment plans.
  • Use the latest dental technology and equipment, including intra-oral scanning and CEREC Milling machine.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive care and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with other dentists and clinical support staff to ensure efficient practice operations and patient satisfaction.
  • Stay current with advancement in technology and care standards through continuous education and professional development to provide the best possible care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in a fully digital environment.
  • Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for both patients and team members.
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and service at all times.
