Description

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic General Duties Officer to support various aspects of our organization. This multifaceted role requires a highly adaptable and flexible individual who can handle a wide range of responsibilities, from sales and customer service to administrative tasks, warehouse support, marketing, and production assistance. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize tasks effectively, work independently, and contribute to the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Representative:
- Engage with customers to promote products and services
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
2. Administrative Assistant:
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Manage schedules, calendars, appointments, and correspondence
3. Warehouse Assistant:
- Assist with receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Maintain a clean, tidy and organized work environment
4. Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Provide excellent customer service and support
5. Marketing:
- Assist with field marketing, digital marketing, telemarketing, and other marketing initiatives
- Support promotional activities and events
6. Production Assistant:
- Assist with production processes in consumer goods manufacturing
- Ensure quality standards are met and maintained
7. Secretarial Duties:
- Provide secretarial support, including preparing documents and reports
- Manage correspondence and communications
8. Other Duties:
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management from time to time
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service principles
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
