This role requires you to have lived in the UK for the last 5 years and obtain Security Check (SC) security clearance. JOB DESCRIPTION

As a General Engineering Workshop Team Leader, you will lead a multi disciplined team, motivating and encouraging the team in the
performance of its duties in order that customer and production requirements are achieved on time, within specified cost, to the correct quality and safety standards taking into account protocols referenced by all ASI (Approved Source Information).
This role requires 100% site attendance.

What you’ll be doing

  • Comply and enforce all relevant policy and legislation.
  • Provide specialist advice and technical supervisory responsibilities, that includes: coordinating and assigning work activities, holding responsibility for output quality, and providing performance feedback.
  • Hold self-certification responsibilities and perform test diagnostic and repair, maintenance, modification, calibration and manufacture using approved engineering documentation and techniques.
  • Carry out unique tasks, including the creation of supporting engineering documentation.
  • Work within a scheme of engineering governance provided by supervisors.
