Description Loch Harbour Group, Inc. is seeking a qualified General Equipment (GE) Management Specialist to support property and equipment accountability functions. This role is responsible for managing General Equipment (GE) assets, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and supporting logistics and property management operations within a DoD environment. Work Status: Contingent Upon Contract Award Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain accountability of General Equipment (GE) assets in accordance with DoD and Navy policies Perform property management functions including inventory control, tracking, auditing, and reconciliation Utilize systems such as GEARS, WARP, OSP, and DTS to support equipment lifecycle management Support asset receipt, issuance, transfer, and disposal processes Conduct periodic inventories and ensure accuracy of property records within Navy ERP Identify discrepancies and support corrective actions to maintain audit readiness Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure proper documentation and compliance with financial and property management regulations Assist with reporting, data analysis, and documentation related to GE management activities Requirements Required Qualifications Demonstrated three (3) years of experience with property management, General Equipment, or logistics. Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Demonstrated experience using GEARS, WARP, OSP, or DTS Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Navy ERP Company Highlights: At LHG, we offer our employees a full comprehensive and competitive benefits package.
