You’ll review and verify vendor estimates, provide feedback to rental locations, and support management with vendor recommendations. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You support the Fleet Maintenance team by reviewing and verifying all vendor estimates You manage the approval or rejection of estimates and revisions to ensure accuracy You liaise with rental locations to provide feedback and coaching for faster approvals You maintain audit records of all estimates from third-party vendors and repair shops You receive and analyze vendor performance, providing management with reviews and recommendations You assist with additional duties as assigned to meet business needs YOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience You have 1+ years of experience in repair estimation with experience in using Mitchell Cloud Estimating or similar software, and possess vehicle salvage knowledge Education You have a bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) or an associate’s degree with relevant experience, and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Technical Proficiency You are skilled in computer navigation and Microsoft Office Applications Soft Skills You demonstrate high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and exceptional decision-making abilities Commitment to Excellence You are adaptable, able to multitask, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Travel You have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and are able to work a flexible schedule WHAT WE OFFER Comprehensive Health Insurance Access healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision), life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity, pet insurance, and a 401k retirement plan.
