Job Summary Details: ABM is seeking a skilled and experienced General Foreman to lead electrical teams on the Propersys Install Project. This role is critical to ensuring the successful execution of electrical installations in a high-profile semiconductor facility. The General Foreman will oversee daily operations, coordinate with project leadership, and ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable standards to ensure quality control. For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of journeyman electricians and apprentices Plan and schedule work assignments to meet project deadlines Ensure installations comply with NEC, project specifications, and safety standards Review blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to guide teams Monitor progress and quality of work, conducting inspections and resolving issues Liaise with project managers, other trades, and site representatives Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and progress reports Enforce ABM and site safety protocols and conduct safety meetings Qualifications Minimum 6 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role Experience in semiconductor or cleanroom environments preferred OSHA 30 preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills In-depth knowledge of NEC, OSHA standards, and electrical codes Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment Must pass background check and drug screening
