OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site General Foreman to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. A Journeyman Carpenter Red Seal Certificate is mandatory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, demonstrating the ability to lead teams effectively while ensuring that all work meets quality standards and project specifications. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety on the job site.

  • Utilize construction management software such as ACC, Site Docs and Bluebeam for project tracking, documentation, and communication.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction activities accurately.
  • Manage construction estimating processes and assist in budgeting for projects.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
