We are seeking a highly skilled Civils Foreman to lead and manage operations on a range of infrastructure schemes across North and South of Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering high-quality civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
• Coordinate teams and subcontractors across multiple disciplines
• Maintain site records, progress reports, and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth delivery

Essential Experience:

• Proven track record in drainage, ducting, in-situ concrete, and road construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Safe Pass and relevant site certifications preferred
