JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman specializing in roads and infrastructure to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roadworks, utilities, drainage, and site execution, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications.

REQUIREMENTS:

✅ 2 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in roads & infrastructure projects.
✅ Strong knowledge of road construction, drainage, utility works, and earthworks.
✅ Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work plans.
✅ Leadership skills to manage site teams and subcontractors.
✅ Good communication skills to coordinate with engineers, site staff, and project stakeholders.
✅ Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
✅ Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities related to roads, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, safety standards, and project timelines.
• Manage and instruct site workers, subcontractors, and machinery operators.
• Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability of required resources.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site inspectors for smooth workflow.
• Maintain daily reports, progress updates, and documentation for management review.
