Job Summary Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced and reliable General Foreman - Road and Infrastructure to oversee construction activities across residential and commercial projects. The role involves supervising teams, ensuring work quality, safety compliance, and timely project completion. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on construction experience, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades effectively. Key Responsibilities The key duties and responsibilities of the General Foreman include, but are not limited to: Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines. Coordinate and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and laborers. Monitor work quality, productivity, and safety compliance at all times. Review drawings, plans, and specifications to guide on-site activities. Inspect materials, tools, and equipment for proper usage and maintenance. Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Identify and resolve on-site issues or delays promptly. Maintain accurate records of work progress, daily reports, and manpower utilization. Enforce safety regulations and ensure safe working practices are followed. Mentor and train junior foremen or team leads, as required. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 6–10 years of construction experience, with at least 2–4 years as a foreman or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively. Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance on-site. Physically fit and able to work in a dynamic construction environment. UAE experience preferred.
