REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Technical qualification in Civil/Interior/Architecture.
• 5+ years’ UAE experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, residential, or hospitality).
• Strong knowledge of joinery, gypsum, finishes, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read drawings and BOQs.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• English and Hindi is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Foreman to join our interior fit-out team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on site experience, excellent leadership skills, and strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, gypsum, flooring, and MEP coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day fit-out site works.
• Manage workforce and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with HSE regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports.
