We are looking for a new FOH General Manager at Fresco. This is a well established family run business in downtown Bozeman. We are a tight knit team - Not a corporation.

This is a salaried career oriented positions. Management experience is a plus, but not required.

• Maintaining and updating POS and Resy Systems
• Scheduling staff and keeping labor in goal percentages.
• Helping run a clean, comfortable and happy dining room
• Coordinating with kitchen staff
• Hiring and scheduling
• Coordinating private parties and off site catering jobs.
• Keeping FOH inventories up to date
• Keeping and stocking wine inventories
• Helping staff keep up during service
• Helping with special events, menu changes, special projects
