McCormack’s service the agricultural and mining sectors and manufactures products in the top of their class and consistently exceed their customers’ expectations.
We require a motivated and committed General Hand to work at our Aubigny Site. Working in a manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for assisting with general labouring tasks throughout different departments in the workshop.

• Previous experience as a general hand or in a similar role ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Some mechanical aptitude and the ability and desire to learn
• An understanding of how to operate power tools and complete manual handling tasks safely
• Ability to accept instruction while also using initiative to work independently
• A basic understanding of technical drawings or steel processing operations is highly regarded
• Physical fitness as the role involves manual tasks
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to take initiative.
• Reliable with excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strict adherence to procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
• Current forklift license desired but not essential
