Key Responsibilities General Maintenance and Repairs: Efficiently execute a broad spectrum of trade tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, light electrical work, carpentry, drywall patching, painting, and general structural repairs. HVAC Service and Maintenance: Accurately diagnose, repair, maintain, and support the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems—including condensers, air handlers, thermostats, refrigerant lines, and ventilation components. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Pinpoint root causes of facility and system malfunctions quickly, implementing effective, long-term solutions for routine maintenance and complex technical challenges alike. Timely Work Order Completion: Manage and complete assigned work orders efficiently, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining uncompromising craftsmanship standards.
