We specialize in property management and facility maintenance for residential and commercial properties. We are looking for some dynamic technicians who will represent Synergy Preserve LLC to its clients and customers and provide better service in the field. Qualifications ⦁ Must be experienced. ⦁ Minimum 2 years experience in handyman or appliance repair work ⦁ Own tools and reliable vehicle (truck, van, or SUV) ⦁ Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently Benefits Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour Part-time, insured independent technician Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall Repairs, Painting, Flooring, Carpentry, Locks. Flexible Schedule: Accept jobs that fit your availability Local Work: All assignments are dispatched based on your coverage area Fast Pay: Get paid every Monday for your labor hour ( materials will be purchased by company) Work Monday to Saturday, with the option of weekends as needed or available Travel Fee Inspection Fee Labor hours Bonus hours pay, RUSH FEE Responsibilities Perform diversified duties to install and maintain facilities. Perform service skills including, but not limited to, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, troubleshooting, and repair of facilities. Perform general maintenance and repairs in various areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC. Understand and follow the instructions in equipment manuals and work orders. Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any issues or potential problems. Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance. Fabricate or repair equipment as needed- Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues promptly. Our technicians primarily work in their local areas on residential setting jobs for our maintenance department which principally support our property management partners, Residents and our projects department supporting various contracts.
